Questa foto è tratta dal progetto fotografico “Emotion” che racconta un percorso di riconnessione tra mente e corpo attraverso immagini evocative in cui il movimento diventa simbolo di rinascita. Ogni scatto rappresenta una fase del superamento dei blocchi fisici ed emotivi, celebrando il corpo come strumento di consapevolezza e trasformazione.

Ispirato al concetto di “energia in movimento”, il progetto riflette sul ruolo delle emozioni, spesso represse dalla frenesia della vita quotidiana. Grazie alla collaborazione con Duna e all’approccio della chinesiologia, le fotografie traducono visivamente il cammino che conduce dalla chiusura all’equilibrio tra mente e corpo, ricordando che accogliere ed elaborare le proprie emozioni è essenziale per ritrovare il benessere e vivere pienamente il presente.

This photo is taken from the “Emotion” photo project that tells a story of reconnection between mind and body through evocative images in which movement becomes the symbol of rebirth.

Each shot represents a phase of the overcoming of physical and emotional blocks while celebrating the body as an instrument of awareness and transformation.

Inspired by the concept of “energy in motion”, this project reflects on the role of emotions, often repressed by the rush of everyday life.

Thanks to the collaboration with Duna and her knowledge and approach to kinesiology, the photographs visually translate the journey that leads from the shut down to achieving balance between mind and body while emphasizing that accepting and processing is essential to recover well- being and to fully live in the present.
