La mia estate eri tu, nonna
quando mi ritrovavo nel tuo giardino
con i suoi frutti e fiori colorati
mostrandomi con gioia la tua piccola oasi.
Io, con occhi sorridenti, ti accompagnavo prendendoti per mano
ed ero così felice di vivere quel momento pieno di te
e mi piace ricordarti nei suoi colori.

Mon été c’était toi, grand-mère
lors que j’étais dans ton jardin
avec ses fruits et ses fleurs colorés
alors que tu me montrais joiyesement ta petite oasis de paix.
Avec mes yeux souriants, je t’accompagnais, ma main dans ta main,
et j’étais si heureuse de vivre ce moment plein de toi
et j’aime me souvenir de toi dans ses couleurs.
