Solitudine, nel mare ho imparato ad ascoltare  🇮🇹

Il mare calma l’ansia d’aria. Cerco appigli nella linea d’ombra all’orizzonte, ma il mare calmo mi confonde. Sento solo il ritmo delle onde, che vanno. Esse non ritornano anche nello stesso mare. Una brezza inaspettata mi apre l’orizzonte per una via di uscita. Flussi d’aria nell’azzurro in me. Nel mare imparo a respirare.

Solitude, I learned to listen in the sea  🇬🇧

The sea calms the anxiety of the air. I look for footholds in the shadow line on the horizon, but the calm sea confuses me. I hear only the rhythm of the waves, which go. They do not return even to the same sea. An unexpected breeze opens the horizon for me. Air flows in the blue within me. In the sea, I learn to breathe.

Solitude, j’ai appris à écouter dans la mer  🇫🇷

La mer calme l’anxiété de l’air. Je cherche des points d’appui dans la ligne d’ombre de l’horizon, mais la mer calme me perturbe. Je n’entends que le rythme des vagues. Elles ne reviennent même pas sur la même mer. Une brise inattendue ouvre une brèche dans l’horizon. L’air s’engouffre en moi, dans le bleu. Dans la mer, j’apprends à respirer.
